Cancellation policy
How cancelling a booking works, and what's refunded.
Lessons
You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the lesson start time. A non-refundable $50 deposit is included as part of all reservations however and that amount will not be refunded. For rescheduling requests, we provide one reservation change free of charge, after which additional requests to reschedule may be subject to a $50 change fee. Additionally, any requests to cancel made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time will not be refunded regardless of weather conditions. Lastly, if cancellation is necessary due to circumstances covered by our extenuating circumstances policy, or if you are for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Snow Schoolers experience, please contact our guest services team directly.
Tickets, passes, rentals and sledding
Lift tickets, season passes, rentals and sledding sessions can be cancelled for a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice before the day they're for. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are not refunded. To cancel, contact guest services.
